We teach the skills to enable your child to be confident, independent thinkers and learners able to manipulate numbers and solve mathematical problems.
When our students move on to their secondary schools, have experienced a wide variety of vocabulary, they have developed spelling and word building skills, and ultimately have gained confidence in English.
Each week they will be taught concepts and skills relating to the Maths and English curriculum.
Two teachers will be present at all times, and pupils will be encouraged to use individualised strategies to support their learning.
Along with teacher directed activities, there will always be an exercise to assess how well they understand concepts with weekly homework to help reinforce it.
Starting in Year 4 allows us to identify your child's strengths and weaknesses. We put strategies into place to accommodate their individual needs and enable them to reach their full potential.

There will also be some test procedure practice under timed conditions.
Saturday Classes are an excellent vehicle for consolidating concepts and practising skills for the 11+ and improving performance in general.
